Wolf Ranch is a Norwood master planned community with 1,982 acres
including:

- 39 acres for mixed-use development
- 300 acres of parks and open space
- 10 miles of walking trails throughout the community
- 14 acre lake
- 1,438 acres of residential development
- New community center that just opened with a splash park, pool and
more!
The Wolf Ranch area has a "Community Council" that was established
to bring social and interactive activities enabling residents with a
varied interests to get together and meet other neighbors. Some of
the activities the council funds and organizes are:
- Free admission and festivities at the Sky Sox (Local AAA Baseball
League)
- Community Parties
- Concerts (various styles of music including Jazz, Rock etc...)
- Live Theatrical Performances
- Community Garage Sales and more!
The Community Council is funded collecting one tenth of one
percent (.1%) on the sale of every home in Wolf Ranch for an amount
capped at a maximum of $500. The funds are used for the many social
events listed above the council puts on every
year.
